The Firm was proud to sponsor artist Mary Sands at the 18th annual Sacramento Chalk Art Festival at Fremont Park over the Labor Day Weekend. Ms. Sands drew a creative aerial view of Capitol Mall, as though seen through a fish-eye lens. It was one of the most popular drawings in the festival.

Sacramento Chalk It Up! Chalk Art Festival was held Labor Day Weekend at Fremont Park in Downtown Sacramento. Over the past 18 years, CIU has helped fund 500 arts programs for youth in our community. The festival features over 250 sidewalk paintings created at the festival by local artists who donate their time, energy, and talent. These concrete masterpieces are left on the sidewalk for the public to enjoy throughout the month of September.
