that arose from the 1986 floods on Dry, Cirby and Linda
Creeks.
- Successfully defended Yuba County in litigation that
arose from the 1997 Feather River floods
- Successfully represented Monterey County in appeals
arising out of litigation over flooding on the Pajaro River
in 1997.
- Successfully represented Squaw Valley Ski Corporation
in litigation arising out of the 1997 New Year’s flood and
debris flow in Squaw Creek.

Has successfully litigated cases involving the California
Public Records Act, the Brown Act, civil rights, inverse
condemnation, redistricting and reapportionment, elections
law, hunting regulations, environmental issues, air quality
standards, unlawful expenditure of public funds, separation of

has handled administrative hearings involving license
revocation, employment issues, state contract interpretation
